Faith and the Renewal of Christian Politics on the agenda at webinar

Christian Faith and the Renewal of Christian Politics is the subject of a webinar with Dr Rowan Williams next month.

The webinar, focusing on Pope Francis’ latest encyclical, has been organised by Rev'd Rana Khan, Rector of Catwg Ministry Area and Bishop's Officer for World Mission, who said: "The world we live in is facing severe, political crises. The challenges related to ecology, authoritarian nationalism, militancy and many others raise the urgency of political wisdom. Christian faith can build a more just and peaceful world by renewing our politics. Dr Williams will lead us in exploring how Christian faith can foster such renewal and build a more just and peaceful world.”
