Bishop John is delighted to announce that Rev'd Canon Peter Brooks has been appointed as Archdeacon with Responsibility for Ministry Areas.Speaking about his appointment, Peter said: “I am truly honoured to be asked by Bishop John to accept this post as Archdeacon with specific responsibility for Ministry Areas. It was totally unexpected and I am humbled by the trust that has been placed in me at this stage of my ministry. Now we have a clearer vision of how a Ministry Area will work, its structures and teams, I am looking forward to working with the Bishop and his staff towards the implementation of our new Ministry Areas around the Diocese.”The date for Peter's installation at Brecon Cathedral will be announced shortly.
