Memorial service for Duke of Edinburgh at St Mary's

A memorial service for HRH The Duke of Edinburgh was held at St Mary's Church in Swansea on Sunday.

The service was led by Archbishop John and Canon Ian Rees and was attended by a limited congregation, to preserve social distancing, including the Lord Lieutenant of West Glamorgan, High Sheriff of West Glamorgan, Lord Mayor of Swansea and the Mayor of Neath Port Talbot.

Music included a special introit composed by St Mary’s Director of Music for the occasion, ‘Christ is the morning star’.
