They do so by undertaking pastoral tasks, both inside and outside Church buildings. They work with other Ministers, particularly Clergy and Licensed Lay Ministers

Eucharistic Assistant

Are you interested in becoming a Eucharistic Assistant?

The Eucharistic Assistant will support the priest distribute the Holy Communion in church during the celebration of the Eucharist. It would be custom for the Eucharistic Assistant to support the distribution of the Holy Communion by offering the chalice to the people of God. Eucharistic Assistants will be commissioned by the Ministry Area to serve in their local churches.
