Where is the event?The event is in the Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells, LD2 3SYThe main entrance and exit for cars, people on foot and bus drop off will be the Machinery Entrance on the A470.Is the event indoors or outdoors?The event is taking place in two of the big exhibition halls, The South Glamorgan Hall and The Food HallWill there be seating?Yes, there will be seating. But you are welcome to bring your own camping chair if you want to sit outside or even a picnic blanket if you prefer to sit on the floor.Is it for all ages?Yes. There is something for everyone but if you are worried about little ears, we suggest you bring ear defenders if you are sitting near the main stage.Are we allowed to dance?Absolutely, we encourage you to have the best time you can!Is there disabled parking?Yes, our stewards will direct you when you arrive.Is there food and drink available?There will be food and drink vans and a bar for you to buy food, teas, coffees soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. However you can bring your own food and drink. We just ask that you tidy up after you and dispose of or take home any of your rubbish.
