A reception has been held to honour Archbishop Cyril Kobina Ben-Smith.Archbishop Cyril is Bishop of Asante Mampong, our twin diocese, Archbishop of Ghana and Archbishop of the Church of the Province of West Africa. The reception was held in St Mary's Church in Brecon and was attended by clergy from across the diocese. Bishop John made a presentation to Archbishop Cyril and his wife Christiana, and was presented with a handwoven cope and mitre in return"I'm delighted to have this honour and be so welcomed here among friends and family in Christ, and what a joy and blessing it is to have this beautiful reception," Archbishop Cyril said.
